Use alone, or with specialty malts, to brew wheat beers of all styles. Excellent for boosting gravity or enhancing mouthfeel, body and foam.. Ingredients: Wheat Malt, Base Malt. Briess Bavarian Wheat malt extract syrup. 65% Wheat Malt. Basic extract for light or dark wheat beers (e.g. Weissen, Dunkle Weissen, American Wheat beer). Made from American 2 row lager malt.

CBW Bavarian Wheat is 100% pure malt extract. It is made from 65% Malted Wheat and 35% Malted Barley. Bavarian Wheat can be used in the production of extract wheat beers, and in the production of all grain beers to adjust color, flavor and gravity of wheat and other styles of beer.

Advantages of using extract in a brewhouse include:
