Mad Millie Red Cheese Wax 500 G
Red cheese wax is timeless and traditional. Many hard cheeses are waxed prior to aging. This process helps to retain the moisture within the cheese, and protect it from external mould while the cheese is aged.
Heat wax in a metal bowl to above 71 degrees Celsius and dip the cheese each side into the wax until fully covered, leaving no holes.
