Pacifica Hop Pellets (NZ)
Pacifica offers the classic citrus and floral aroma of its Hallertau parent, with hints of orange marmalade. The desirable oil profile promises good flavor integration with a variety of beer styles. Used as a bittering hop, Pacifica produces a soft yet solid finish, even in hightly bittered beers.
Pacifica is also sometimes called Pacific Hallertau due to its German lineage. Utilized as an aromatic hop, it retains that spicy, almost cinnimon like characteristic blended with the New Zealand influence of bright lime, citrus, and floral. Try Pacifica in a Pilsner, Lager or Porter recipe.
